ዘመናዊ የማምረቻ ቴክኖሎጂን የተላበሰው ጣና ቁፋሮና ኢንዱስትሪ

በዓለማችን በርካታ አገሮች በኢኮኖሚ እድገታቸው ከፍተኛ ደረጃ የደረሱት የውሃ ሀብታቸውን በማልማት ከዚያ የሚገኘውን ገቢ ለሌሎች ሴክተሮች በማዋል ነው። በተለያዩ የታሪክ ምዕራፎች ዘመን ፈጣን ዕድገት ያስመዘገቡ ሀገሮች ውሃን ከመሰለ የተፈጥሮ ሀብት ጋር ያላቸው ትስስር ከፍተኛ ነው። በእርግጥ ለማይነጥፍና ዘላቂ እድገት የሰው ሃብት በተለይም ጉልበትና እውቀት ወሳኝ ጉዳዮች ቢሆኑም ያለንን እምቅ የተፈጥሮ ሀብት ለላቀ ጥቅም ማዋል የአድገት መሠረት መሆኑን በጽናትም በተግባርም ተረጋግጧል። ሀገራችን ከፍተኛ የከርሰ ምድርና ገፀ ምድር ውሃ ከምችት ያለባት ብትሆንም ከሀብቱ በመጠቀም ረገድ ስሟ ጐልቶ ሳይጠቀስ ቆይቷል። ኢትዮጵያ ያሏትን የተፈጥሮ ሃብቶች ከግምት ውስጥ ያስገባ ፖሊሲና ስትራቴጂዎች ተነድፈው ወደ ተግባር ከገባች ወዲህ ለውጥ ከተመዘገበባቸው ዘርፎች እንዱ የውሃ ሃብት አጠቃቍማችን ሆኗል።

 

ለዚህ ደግሞ በአገር አቀፍና በከልሎች ከተቋቋሙት የመንግሥት የልማት ድርጅቶች በተጨማሪ በግል ባለሀብቱ የተቋቋሙ የቁፋሮ ድርጅቶችና የውሃ ግንባታ ሥራዎች ግብዓት አቅራቢዎች የውሃ ኘሮጀክቶቹ በፍጥነት እንዲከናወኑ የበኩላቸውን ድርሻ የተወጡ ድርጅቶች ድርሻ በዋናነት ይጠቀሳል። ከነዚህም መካከል በተለይ በመላው ኣገሪቱ በሚያመርታቸው የኘላስቲክ ቧንቧዎችና የቁፋሮ ሥራዎች ተደሽ የሆውን ጣና ቁፋሮና ኢንዱስትሪ በግንባር ቀደምትነት መርጠነዋል።

 

የድርጅቱ መሥራች፣ ባለቤትና ዋና ሥራ አስኪያጅ አቶ እፀገነት በርሄ የሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርታቸውን እንዳጠናቀቁ ከሐሮማያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ (እርሻ ምህንድስና ተመርቀዋል፣ ከዚያም በዩኒቨርሲቲ ውስጥ በመምሀርነት አገልግለዋል፤ ወደ እንግሊዝ እገርም እድል አግኝተው በመሄድ በመሰኖ ምህንድስናና በከርሰ ምድር ምህንድስና ሁለት ማስተሮችን አግኝተዋል፤ ከዚያም በተባበሩት መንግሥታት የሕፃናት መርጃ ድርጅት (UNICEF) 10 ዓመታት ያህል ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥም ከኢትዮጵያ ውጪም ሰርተዋል። በ UNICEF ከሚመሩት ስፋ ያለ ኘሮግራም ውስ ውሃ ትልቁን ድርሻ የያዘ ነበር። በርካታ የቁፋሮም ሆነ የውሃ ሥራዎችን ከሙያ አኳያ ችግሩ በከፋባቸው እንደዚሁም በጦርነት በወደሙ ቦታዎች ሳይቀር ተሠርተው በአለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ሠርተዋል። በመጨረሻም የ UNICEF ቆይታቸውን በመተው ወደ ሀገራቸው ተመልሰው በቀሰሙት እውቀትና ባካበቱት ልምድ በኢትዮጵያ የንፁህ ውሃ መጠጥ ችግርን ለማቃለል ቡሚደረገው ጥረት ውስጥ የበኩላቸውን አስተዋጽኦ ለማበርከት በግላቸው ጣና ጉድጓድ ቁፋሮ ድርጅትን አቋቱመው ሥራ ለጀመር እንደቻሉ ከዳጉ ጋር በነበራቸው ቆይታ ገልጸዋል።

 

የጥልቅ ጉድጓድ የውሃ ቁፋሮ ሥራ በጣም ሪሰክ ያለበት የሥራ ዘርፍ በመሆኑ ብዙ ጊዜ በሙንግሥት ደረጃ ሊሠሩ የሚችሉ ናቸው የሚሉት አቶ እፀገነት ይሁንና ትኩረት ስጥተህ ቅን ሆነህ ሥራህን አከብረህ በትጋት ቀን ከሌሊት ከተረባረብክ ያሉትን ሪስኮች ሁሉ ተቋቁመህ መወጣት ትችላለህ ሲሉ የሥራውን ፈታኝ ሁኔታ አብራርተዋል። በዚህ ሁኔታ እሳቸው ወደሥራው እራሳቸውን አዘጋጅተው በመግባት እስሁን በመላ አገሪቱ ከ500 ያላነሱ የጥልቅ ጉድጓድ ውሃ ቁፋሮ ሥራዎችንና ተያያዥ ሥራዎችን ውጤታ በሆነ መልኩ ለማከናወን ችለዋል።

በ1997 ዓ.ም የጀመሩትን የቁፋሮ ሥራ በሀገራችን ከስርቪስ ወደ ማኑፋክቸሪንግ በደረገው ሽግግር የበኩላቸውን ሀገራዊ አስተዋጽኦ ለማበርከት ከ4 ዓመት በፊት ጀምሮ ጐን ለጐን አለም አቀፍ ታዋቂነት ካላቸው እጅግ ዘመናዊ የሆኑ የቱቦ ማምሪቻ ማሽኖችን በማስገባት የውሃና ፍሳሽ ቱቦ የማምረት ሥራም ለአገልግሎት ማብቃታቸውንም ለዳጉ ተናግረዋል።

ጣና ቱፋሮና ኢንዱስትሪ በማምረቻው ዘርፍ በአሁኑ ሰዓት ወደ 38 ሺ ትሪክ ቶን የኘላስቲክ ቧንቧዎችን (HDPE and UPVC) የማምረት አቅም ያለው ነው፤ አለም አቀፍ የእውቅና ሠርተፊኬት ISO 9001/2015 ያሟላ እንደሆነም ለማወቅ ችለናል።

ኩባንያው ሁልጊዜም ለአዳዲስ ሃሳቦችና እድገት ከፍታ የሚተጋ በዘመናዊነት ፈጠራ እና የቴክኖሎዲ ሽግግር ቀድሞ የሚገኝ እንደሆነም ነው አቶ እፀገነት የነገሩን። የሚያመርታቸው የኘላስቲክ ቱቦዎች በኢትዮጵያና አካባቢው የአየር ፀባይ ጋር ተስማሚ እንደሆነም ሳይጠቅሱ አላለፉም።

በአጠቃላይ ጣና ቁፋሮና ኢንዱስትሪ ኩባንያ በየጊዜው ለደንበኞቹ እርካታ ትኩረት በመስጠት በከፍተኛ ጥረትና እድገት ዘመናዊ ቴክኖሎጂ በመጠቀም የበኩሉን ለመወጣት ቁርጠኛ መሆኑንም አቶ እፀገነት አያይዘው ገልፀዋል።

በሀገራችን የውሃው ዘርፍ ላይ የኘሮጀክቶች አፈጻጸም ሆነ ሀብቱን በተሻለ መልኩ ለሠጠቀም እንደ ጣና ቁፋሮና ኢንዱስትሪ አይነት ድርጅቶች ገንቢ ሚና ያላቸው በመሆኑ ሊበረታቱ ይገባል እንላለን።

ለአሁኑ አጠቃላይ የጣና ቁፋሮና ኢንዱስትሪ ገጽታን እንደሚከተለው አቅርበነዋል።

ጣና ቁፋሮ እና ኢንዱስትሪ የግል ኩባንያ ከተቋቋመበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ ለገጠሩና ለከተማ ሕብረተሰብ የውሃ ሽፋን ለማዳረስና ለማሳደግ የሚተጋ ነው።

ዋና ዓላማውም ተመጣጣኝ ዋጋ እና ከፍተኛ ጥራት ያላቸውን ምርቶች በተቀላጠፈ ሁኔታና በአጭር ጊዜ ለማምረት ሲሆን፤ ይህንን ለማሳካት ከጀርመንና ከጣልያን የማምረቻ መሣሪያዎችን በማስገባት የኘላስቲክ ቱቦ ምርቶች ከፍተኛ ጥራት ባላቸው ግብአቶች ያመርታል።

ጣና ቁፋሮና ኢንዱስትሪ ለዘመናዊ የማምረቻ ቴክኖሎጂውና ከፍተኛ ጥራት ባላቸው ንፁህ ጥሬ እቃዎች የተለያዩ መጠን ያላቸውን የኘላስቲክ ቧንቧዎች (HDPE and UPVC) በማምረት ለንፁህ መጠጥ ውሃ ዝርጋታ፣ ለፍሳሽ ማስወገጃ፣ ለሜካናይዝድ እርሻ ለመሳሰሉት አገልግሎቶች እንዲውሉ በማድረግ ለሀገራችን እድገት ከፍተኛ የሆነ አስተዋጽኦ በማድረግ ላይ ይገኛል።

በተለይ HDPE እና UPVC ቱቦ የውሃ ማከፋፈያ መስመር ዝርጋታ ፣ ለውሃ ማውረጃና ቆሻሻን ማስወገጃ ዘዴዎች፣ ኬሚካል፣ ጋዝና የውሃ ማስተላለፊያ፣ ቆሻሻ የሚተላለፍበት ቱቦ እና የውሃ ማጣራት ዘዴ ለግብርና መስኖ፣ ለመብራት እና ለቴሌኮሙኒኬሽን ማከፋፈያ ተስማሚ ናቸው።

ጣና ቁፋሮና ኢንዱስትሪ ያነገበውን ራዕይ እውን ለማድረግ እያመረታቸው ከሚገኙት የኘላስቲክ ቧንቧዎች በተጨማሪ የኘላስቲክ ቧንቧዎች መገጣጠሚያዎችን (HDPE Fittings) በማምረትና ለገበያ በማቅረብ የደንበኞችን ችግር ከመቅረፍ አልፎ የውጭ ምንዛሬ ብክነትን ለመታደግ ችሏል። እነዚህን መገጣጠሚያዎች ሀገር ውስጥ በማምረታችን ምክንያት የደንበኞቻችንን እርካታ ለማሳደግ ችለናል።

Happy Ethiopian Epiphany

Ethiopian epiphany is a colorful festival celebrated all over Ethiopia to commemorate the baptism of Jesus Christ by John the Baptist in the River Jordan. The commemoration starts on the eve of the main festival on 18 January. The eve is known as Ketera, which means blocking the flow of water for the blessing of the celebrants. On the eve of Ketera, people escort their parish church tabot (replicas of the Ark of the Covenant) to Timkete-Bahir (a pool, river or artificial reservoir), transported by a priest of the parish and accompanied by a great ceremony. The people spend the night attending night-long prayers and hymn services, including the Eucharistic Liturgy. Hundreds of thousands participate in the actual festival on the following day – 19 January. The celebration starts early in the morning with pre-sunrise rituals. These are followed by the sprinkling of the blessed water on the congregation, as well as other ceremonies. At around 10 a.m., each tabot begins its procession back to its respective church, involving an even more colorful ceremony with various traditional and religious songs. The viability of the element is ensured through its continued practice, with Orthodox clergies playing a pivotal role: they sing the praises dedicated to the rituals and hymns, carry the Ark, and preach relevant texts. TDI strongly believes it is our duty to protect and promote our religious and national culture and belief, and Tana drilling and Industries Plc management and staffs wishes all Christians a happy Epiphany holiday and extend its gratitude for all our customers for trusting to work with us.

Successful completion of HDPE pipes line installation in the Wolaita Sodo City water distribution project

Agricultural activity is by far the largest consumer of water in Ethiopia. An estimated 93 percent of all water withdrawals in the country (surface water and groundwater) are for agricultural use, much higher than the global average of 70 percent. However, water withdrawn for agriculture represents only an estimated four percent of the overall country’s available renewable water resources. While Ethiopia has relatively abundant water resources, it is considered ‘water stressed’ due to rapid population growth over the last decade. Estimates of renewable annual groundwater per year range from 13.5 to 28 billion m³, of which only about 2.6 billion m³ are currently exploitable.
The Government of Ethiopia aims to increase access to safe water supply and basic sanitation in rural and urban areas and to invest more resources into water related infrastructure. For example, under the One WASH National Program, the Government of Ethiopia aims to increase access to safe water supply to 98 percent for rural areas and 100 percent for urban areas and to provide all Ethiopians with access to basic sanitation.
The Wolaita Sodo town has access to improved water supply which was estimated to be 67.9%. The main water sources of the town were tap water within the yard, which was estimated to be 44.7%, and tap water in the community was 40.0% followed by private protected well which was 14.5%. Ninety-one percent of the households had at least one type of latrine in their homes. The most common type of latrine available to households was pit latrine with superstructure which was estimated to be 75.9% followed by a pit without superstructure.
The town administration had been in continuous effort to increase access of clean water distribution to the community and had raised fund to realize its vision. In collaboration with Wolaita Sodo town administration water and resource bureau, TDI have signed a contractual agreement to produced and supplied different sized HDPE pipes; having fulfill our commitments and delivered the pipes to the bureau for successful completion of the project. In addition to that, we have also provided our technical consultation, HDPE pipes welding supports along with our welding machines.
The installation was successfully completed and the overall execution of the contract by TDI have excited and convinced the town’s administration which we are so proud to get such a testimony from the administration.
